Practice listings are built from public federal records (NPPES). We do not collect information about visitors beyond standard, aggregated web analytics.

When a practice submits the claim form, we store the name, email, phone, and message provided so we can verify the request and give the practice access to its listing. We do not sell that information. Requests to delete it can be sent to hello@findalocalorthodontist.com.
